Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will happily accept any valid return claims as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to either store credit or In-Account. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Shipping cost for return transit is payable by the customer. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Items sent back without notifying us before will not be processed. Communication with karma store is only taken into account. Kindly Ignore all other Communications from 3rd Party websites/apps To start a return, you can contact us at karmastoreindia@gmail.com To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products Recieved Issues with the product For processing returns, please email us at @karmstoreindia@gmail.com with the necessary details mentioned below, Detailed Description of issues with the products A Picture Highlighting the issues with the products. Based on the above information, our team will verify and follow up with you whether it is eligible for return or exchange.
You’ll also receive the necessary return details after our team has verified the above details and the refund amount that you’re entitled to (Product Value after deducting return shipping charges). Only upon your confirmation, we’ll initiate the return.
Upon return receipt of items for your claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7-10 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) a Refund in-store credit or In-Account (We’ll Deduct The return shipping charge)
(b) a replacement item sent to you (If shipping charges are borne by the customer)
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and rudraksha .We also do not accept returns for products which are mentioned for non eligibility criteria . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
